I sent my father and brother to OrthoPTic for their disc herniations; and then went myself for Achilles’ tendinitis. Great job on all counts.
The entire staff at OrthoPTic Rehab is fantastic. I began a fitness routine to get back into shape after being inactive for a number of years, and I had more than a few aches and pains. Robbie’s attention to detail and personalized attention was great. He not only showed me the proper way to do the exercises for my rehab, he gave me instructions on how to prevent the injuries from recurring. He also gave me stretching and running advice. Cresent City Classic, here I come!
Thank you so much, Mr. Mike! I appreciate everything you have done for me. I wouldn’t have been able to play without you pushing me and giving me the confidence that I needed.
After 5 years of regular exercise, I began an 18-week training program, which would hopefully prepare me to compete in Ironman Florida. In week 12 I began experiencing leg pain, which was a first for me. After consulting with Robbie about the pain, he figured out that my main problem was Achilles tendonitis, and it was causing the rest of the pain in my leg. We began a 6-week rehab and stretching routine that would hopefully get me through to the race. On November 7th 2009, I crossed the line in Florida tired, but pain free. I owe a great deal of that to Robbie and the staff at OrthoPTic Rehab.
I brought my daughter into OrthoPTic Rehab for treatment for her knee and ankles injuries sustained when playing volleyball. Robbie and Mike made her feel comfortable and provided encouragement when she was having difficulty completing the prescribed exercises. She persevered and has resumed playing varsity volleyball. It was such a positive experience that my daughter recently told me she is interested in becoming a physical therapist.
Robbie, I just wanted to thank you for taking the time with my mother, and having the patience to answer the questions she bombarded you with. It meant a lot to her, and it means a lot to me. If I ever injure myself, you know where I’ll be calling. Thanks again.
